Keeping the cost down
- Check the gardener has a waste carrier licence before they take rubbish away.
- Avoid cutting hedges between March and August — nesting birds are protected.
- A yearly contract is usually cheaper than ad-hoc visits.

- Maintenance is hourly (£25–£45). One-off projects should always be a fixed price.
- Is waste removal included?
